Assistant Head of Operations
The Assistant Head of Operations post will ensure the Senior Management Team oversees the highest quality services across the organisation’s delivery areas. They will be responsible for the operational management of allocated services and report to the Senior Management Team on cross organisational matters in relation to safe and high-quality provision.
Advocacy Service Manager
The Advocacy Service Manager will primarily be responsible for the operational management and direction of Manchester Advocacy Hub provided by Gaddum. The Advocacy Service Manager may also have cross organisational responsibilities to other departments on occasion as is required by Gaddum.
Business Support Coordinator
The Business Support Coordinator will ensure Gaddum delivers its organisational objectives by ensuring efficient and effective business support across all delivery sites. The role will be responsible for monitoring systems and processes against business need, suggesting areas of improvement to enhance business service offering.
Quality & Governance Coordinator
The Quality & Governance Coordinator will ensure Gaddum’s Quality & Governance policies, systems and processes are implemented and adhered to in order to:
- Fulfil internal and external contracted requirements of service delivery,
- Meet best practice standards across operations, and
- Comply with statutory requirements.
Young Carers Targeted Support Project Lead
The Project Lead Leader will be responsible for the management and development of the young carers targeted support project. The post will be within The National Lottery Community Funded Young Carers Targeted Support project which will work across Salford, Manchester and Bury
Young Carers Targeted Project Support Worker
The Support Worker will work with young carers who need intensive one to one support which will include the offer of a young carers assessment, while offering a whole family approach, working with key support services and partners. The post will be within the The National Lottery Community Funded Young Carers Targeted Support project which will work across Salford, Manchester and Bury.
