Supported by a dedicated database that matches services & resources to meet people’s needs, this is an independent & confidential service giving people an opportunity to discuss their needs and identify possible solutions.

·      Availability of local Regional & National support groups & organisations

·      Availability of grants trusts funds for individuals & families in need
